Our 2017 theme was "EQUIPPED: The How of Discipleship" and our theme verse came from II Timothy 3:17 which states “so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work”.

A significant part of the retreat was spent going through the "Becoming a Disciple-Maker" material from International Evangelism Association with Bob Baldwin. Dr. Steve Lombardo also shared several sessions on the ministry of the pastor.

Our 2018  theme was "Worship" and our theme verse came from Romans 12: 1-3 which states “I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your SPIRITUAL WORSHIP."

Our 2019 theme was "Overcoming Discouragement: Remembering the Call" and our theme verse came from Hebrews 10:35-36 which states, "So do not throw away this confident trust in the Lord. Remember the great reward it brings you! Patient endurance is what you need now, so that you will continue to do God’s will. Then you will receive all that he has promised."

Our 2020 theme was "Getting Out of the Office: The Rare Gift of Shepherding"

Ready to get out of the office? We will meet you in Mesa. Speakers and sessions will focus on building shepherding skills, using your time to reach out to your sheep personally, and helping pastors get out of the office and into the lives of the people God has called them to serve.
