2014 Home Missions Retreat
Sometimes the busyness of serving in ministry chokes out the necessary practice of pausing to consider what the LORD Jesus has done and is doing around us and through us. AFLC Home Missions invites you to get away for a few days to Consider Him at the 2014 Leadership Retreat in Mesa, AZ. Our retreat vision is to inspire the heart and offer practical application to the hands of the Home Mission Pastor and his wife, Parish Builder, and other key congregation leaders.
The Home Missions annual retreat has undergone a dynamic make-over; it’s 2 days longer than past years, in a new location, with a revised format that allows for lots more personal interaction. We are preparing and praying for a wonderful time of preaching, teaching, panel discussions, worship, fellowship, and revival.
We look forward to having you attend! Click here to register.

Calvary Free Lutheran is coordinating host homes for retreat attendees, in order to keep costs to a minimum. Couples will be housed together. If you prefer to stay in a motel, rather than a host home, please note that on the registration form. You will be responsible for your own housing in that case.
If you are flying, plan to arrive at the Phoenix International Airport or Mesa Gateway Airport. A flight pick-up schedule will be coordinated by the Calvary Free Lutheran staff. Email or call them with your flight schedule. There is no need to rent a car, unless you want to. Your Calvary host family will serve as your shuttle between the church and the home during the week.
There is a $50 registration fee, per person, for the retreat, or a discounted registration of $75 for both a husband and wife attending. Make check payable to AFLC Home Missions. Please fill out the registration form online. Your early registration helps us in arranging housing.
